La Leche League International (TPG Speaker)
La Leche League is a volunteer network set up to help mothers to breastfeed successfully. LLL Tokyo Central holds a regular continuing series of informal discussion meetings open to all women interested in breastfeeding. Babies and toddlers are always welcome. Meeting time: the second Friday of the month in Shibuya. Toddler meetings, designed to address the unique needs of mothers who are nursing toddlers, are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month. 90 + book library available to members. Pregnant women are welcome to attend the meetings!

Blue Sky Breastfeeding & Newborn Baby Care (Iona Macnab, TPG Speaker)
Blue Sky offers the only breastfeeding and newborn baby care classes for expectant couples taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in English in Japan. Topics covered include getting off to a good start with breastfeeding, avoiding problems, night-time parenting, dads & breast feeding, bathing, changing and comforting baby; renting high-quality breast pumps in Tokyo.
