Iona Macnab is an IBCLC, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and has been supporting mothers and babies on their breastfeeding journeys for 25 years, in person and virtually, in Japan and Australia, and also globally. She serves on the Board of the International Lactation Consultant Association and also runs a breastfeeding education platform for global health professionals, which provides education in 3 languages.

Stephanie is TPG coordinator, TMG director, and mother of 3 boys. She runs Tokyo Doula Support - guiding couples through pregnancy, labour and post-partum in Japan. She is also a breastfeeding counsellor and LLL leader in Tokyo.
