The AkachanHonpo store in Kinshicho is located at the north exit from the JR Station.
If you turn directly left as you exit the station you can see a department store (Queen's Isetan) Akachanhonpo is on the 5th Floor.

Also at the South Exit of Kinshiho Station is a large Marui Store (OIOI)
This has a whole floor designated to baby goods - clothes mainly.

N.B. If you use the Oedo Line from Roppongi and change to the Hanzomon Line at Kiyosumi Shirakawa, there are lifts at the stations
