Victoria Lindsay, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and mother of 1. Victoria completed her graduate degree and clinical dietetics training in the US where she is from, and since then has worked in a wide range of clinical and professional settings - from hospitals and clinics to research and academia. She now owns and operates a private nutrition therapy practice here in Tokyo.
