In addition to speaking about Tokyo Counseling Services there will be a discussion on the role of relaxation in pregnancy and birth. Further an experiential workshop using Drama Therapy to help participants tap into their calm body-mind will be held.

Our group gives pregnant women and women trying to conceive a chance to meet other expecting and TTC mothers.
