The classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is home for two, as well as to deepen your relationship with your baby. Gentle postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation are learned.

TPG COORDINATORS VOLUNTEER WANTED
Dear TPG Members,
Would you like to continue the legacy of the Tokyo Pregnancy Group by becoming a coordinator?
We are looking for two volunteers (preferably in their early stages of pregnancy, approximately 12-20wks) to run the group for a few months. No special skills required, but good sense of organization and regular access to the internet is necessary.
The general duties include attending the meetings every other week, maintaining the membership database, updating the website and managing the email account. If you are interested please reply by email and we can provide full details.
