La Leche League (LLL) Tokyo Central is dedicated to
providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want
to breastfeed. All breastfeeding mothers, as well as future breastfeeding
mothers, are welcome to come to our meetings.
LLL Tokyo Central offers support and information through:

and e-mail help from accredited Leaders
- An
extensive lending library with books in English on breastfeeding, nutrition,
childbirth, fertility, parenting, discipline, and other related topics.
- Sales
of The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding and other books.
