PRENATAL YOGA

Classes are held by Rajay Mahtani who has been offering prenatal yoga classes in Tokyo for TPG since it’s inception by Elena de Carplus.
Furthermore, the location of the classes in the tranquil space of the Japanese Yoga Room at the Azabu Civic Community Center offers a unique opportuity to savour the experience of being pregnant in Tokyo and making new friends with other class members!
