Victoria completed her graduate degree and clinical dietetics training in the US where she is from, and since then has worked in a wide range of clinical and professional settings - from hospitals and clinics to research and academia. She now sees patients for nutrition consultations at Tokyo Medical and Surgical Clinic, and Aiiku International Unit.
