Prenatal Yoga at Sun and Moon

Starting on Sunday October 4th, Anastasia Smith will be teaching a prenatal yoga class at Sun and Moon Yoga in Gotanda (sunandmoon.jp) on Sundays from 4:30-6 p.m. 

Open to anyone pregnant or interested in prenatal care. All levels of fitness and experience welcome.
