Sherilyn Siy will discuss environmental toxins and what to be careful of while pregnant and breastfeeding.

There are so many invisible toxins around - in food, cleaning products, cosmetics, furniture, air, water. Find out what they are and why it's important to avoid them throughout pregnancy and even after.

La Leche League of Tokyo Central

La Leche League (LLL) Tokyo Central is dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. All breastfeeding mothers, as well as future breastfeeding mothers, are welcome to come to our meetings.

LLL Tokyo Central offers support and information through:
• Mother-to-Mother support
• Monthly meetings
• Telephone and e-mail help from accredited Leaders   
• An extensive lending library with books in English on breastfeeding, nutrition, childbirth, fertility, parenting, discipline, and other related topics.   
• Sales of The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding and other books.
